Delivery Driver / Sales Person
You will be part of a two person team, on most days, and make deliveries to pick-ups from local furniture suppliers then make home furniture deliveries through out the greater S.F. Bay Area. Most deliveries will require in home set up of furniture. Must be very good with basic hand tools, have mechanical skills to set up furniture and lift about 100 pounds.Flexible hours, minimum of 3 days a week. Basic English communication skills required.
Other duties include helping in the showroom and warehouse with furniture set up and keeping the warehouse area and delivery truck clean and organized. Must be able to safely drive and park our box van.
Applicants must be in good physical condition - able to walk up and down stairs carrying, on occasion, very heavy furniture. Must have valid Calif. D. L. & clean D.M.V. Good mechanical detail skills required to assemble furniture. A polite & professional attitude is a must.
Retail Sales Associate
Our children's furnishings and accessories retail store is looking for an energetic and personable sales associate for our new and expectant parents.Full time, 37 hours.
Your duties will include:
• Customer service, sales, and proactive customer salesmanship.
• Maintain a clean store. Product merchandising skills are important.
• Work directly with the Manager on inventory, merchandising and purchase orders.
